An exhibition of art works that will be auctioned at the Millennium Art Gallery's fundraising event, ART, WINE & THINGS on Saturday 9 May.

This cocktail party-style event will be the major annual fundraiser for Marlborough's public art gallery and is an essential contributor to our operational income.

Art for the auction is selected from the studios of leading New Zealand artists from both Marlborough and other places.

ART, WINE & THINGS will be taking place here at the Gallery from 6.30-9.30pm on Saturday 9 May and features wonderful wines, delicious food by popular, international caterer Becky Wiseman, jazz entertainment, and an auction of great art and lifestyle packages.

Last year's was a great success and raised over $35,000.

This year's fabulous auction lots include a Stanley Palmer oil painting and a holiday in Rarotonga.
